In a recent tell-all interview, Angelina Jolie confirmed old rumors regarding her and Brad Pitt’s intentions of extending the family by adopting another kid.
“He really enjoys them,” Jolie said. “He woke up very, very early this morning and let me sleep in because I had this interview. ... Dealing with the two girls and bottles and food, which is not easy to do, on his own, for quite a few hours this morning so I could rest. ... He’s just a really great partner, a great, great man.”
She also suggested the kids prefer Brad since she is “the disciplinarian” and Brad tends to be the opposite adopting a laid back attitude towards his kids.
“I am the disciplinarian. Brad can be, but if Z doesn’t get the bottle from me, she’ll very quickly run to Daddy.”
According to Jolie, Zahara is the one in charge around the house and she thinks Brad feels the same way.
“I bet if you asked Brad, he’d say Zahara. Mad is very smart, but he’s got a certain sense of calm.
“Zahara is possibly the funniest person I’ve ever met in my life. So dramatic and creative and loud and charming. She’s definitely the biggest personality in the house.”
“Somebody said to us recently that they were happy kids, and we talked about how much that meant to us to hear,” Jolie told People. “And they’re good kids. God knows how we managed to do that—but they’re good kids.”
Regardless of their kids’ race and number, Angelina and Brad together with their kids were chosen “the family of the year.”
“I’m very, very lucky,” she said last week at a press junket for her latest film, the birth-of-the-CIA drama The Good Shepherd. “I love the different elements of my life. I love working abroad, and I love being with my kids and I love being with Brad.
“I’d like to add many more children and many more obstacles and many more things to my life.”
